Current role at EOS as Head of Strategic Design
As Head of Strategic Design at EOS GmbH, I lead company-wide transformation to position design as a strategic driver of growth and innovation. Reporting at executive level, I shape customer and user experience across our advanced additive manufacturing systems — hardware, software, and periphery — where usability and efficiency are mission-critical.
I build and guide UX capability in a deeply engineering-driven environment, introducing frameworks, governance, and training that embed user-centred design into development.
